THE FRONT MARKET VENDOR REQUIREMENTS

MARKET AGREEMENTS — In order to vend at The Front Market, all participating vendors must agree to the following terms via a vendor agreement form:

  • I understand that my allocated space is a minimum of 6 feet by 6 feet, and I must respect the vendors who showcase around me.

  • I understand that if I am no longer able to participate in The Front Market my vendor booth fee will not be refunded.

  • I understand that this market is outdoors and the event is rain or shine, UNLESS inclement weather warrants that the production of this event may be dangerous. The definition of dangerous* is to be determined as per the market’s venue and The Front Market.

    • *Historically, throughout The Front Market’s sixteen seasons, dangerous conditions have included:

      • Rain, lightning, tornadoes, or hazardous wind gusts throughout more than 50% of the market’s runtime, affecting the integrity and safety of the market grounds for staff, visitors and vendors

      • Citywide public health concerns that affect a significant number of staff, visitors and vendors

      • Citywide ordinances that force the closure of the market grounds

    • In these instances, The Front Market and Future Front teams have paused affected portions of the market, adjusted the hours of the event or closed the event altogether.

  • I understand that in the event of inclement weather or other dangerous conditions, Future Front will attempt to rebook the market for an alternative date. As a result, my booth placement, as well as my available market date, is subject to change in the event of inclement weather. Refunds will be automatically offered in the event Future Front is unable to rebook the event.

  • I understand I will be photographed throughout the event as a participating vendor and these photos will be available for my use and the use of Future Front, The Front Market and The Front Festival.

  • I understand that if I do not show up by my designated load-in time I may lose my booth space and the fee will not be refunded.

  • I understand that while participating in the market, I am expected to follow all posted market and venue guidelines, as well as health and safety procedures. These expectations and procedures can be found in the org's Be A Good Human Guidelines: futurefronttexas.org/values.

  • I understand that while participating in the market, I am fully responsible for meeting any permitting, legal or other business requirements deemed necessary for my booth, as required by local, state or federal law.

  • I understand that The Front Market is run by a nonprofit organization, and my booth fee contributes to the direct costs of my booth, the production of the market and the facilitation of the space.
